"I placed about 100 orders with Cigabuy before I realised just how bad they are. Despite their refund promise, if an order does not arrive they will fob you off with all sorts of excuses and will not give a refund, your only chance is to open a dispute through Paypal who are very helpful. Branded products are "ok" but they sell a lot of "clones" and cheap makes with a high failure rate. Their e-liquids are all underfilled by approx. 10%, with a 100ml calibrated bottle you will receive 90ml. Shipping has also got much more expensive recently. I would not recommend Cigabuy ! Be aware Minitake, Tinydeal and Cigabuy are all one company under the heading China Wholesale, Buy with caution !!!"

"Ordered yocan xlinx on 8/20. I wanted a silver. I was emailed on 8/27 saying they had none of what I ordered even though the website clearly stated next to the item "in stock". Was ask if I'd accept a different color. I told them if they could include an extra tank or coils I would accept a different color. No response. I emailed them around 9/20 to check the status. Was told it was returned to them. I asked for a refund and was told "they can not give refund". Opened a case through PayPal and was told it was shipped but they were watching the tracking but won't give me a tracking number? I already had to buy another vape because this still hasn't should up & it's 10/3. What kind of crap is that?"

"I order about 200 orders on cigabuy and you can find few things that are not bad but you have to be very lucky because it's mostly cheap low quality products where some of them only work for few days, customer support is good if you not complaining about defective item or undelivered order, in that case they just ignore you and stop responding to mails, or if you say that you have not receive order they will say: "we did send the order, wait for it" and I did wait for 5 mounts and still nothing and of course did not get any answer on hundred mails or if you complain about defective item or not working item they always will tell you same "Sorry for the inconvenience. We tested it before we sent it out. It worked well and brand new", yes it's brand new but it's not working and of course they will not do anything about that, you can check that in product reviews, for every bad review there is always same answer and under that always stand: "We will appreciate it if you could contact us by this link: http://help.cigabuy.com/contact-us", and you do that but you never get an answer.
This is my honest review, and it's not for few orders, it took me a year to figure out what product they sell and how bad support they have.
I only find time write this because I'm very unsatisfied and I want to worn other buyers so they don't get robbed by cigabuy, because I did save some money on buying few things they I start to buying a lot and lose hundreds of $ because you don't have no guarantee . "
