Moldy wet cigars delivered!

"I've never had bad experience until this last order. Ordered la gloria series N toros...Packaging was completely dry so it wasn't a shipment issue. Cigars have green wrappers when it was supposed to be gold color. I didn't pay attention as I always throw new cigars into my humidor for a few weeks first. When I went to smoke them they smelled of dirty socks - totally disgusting. Wrapper is warped like they were soaked. Couple seemed better so smoked them but half way through they got really nasty also.

My email went unanswered. Phone is just busy signal. No one responds on their Facebook site. I'd say good old CI may be going under! Caveat emptor

Cigars Internationals is known for misleading ad to lure customers. You play roulette with the quality of its cigars. Slow shipping.

"I have to return the cigars due to the poor quality and ended up paying for the shipping of returned order. Beware of their email marketing ad of special bargains. Carefully read the ad and description before you place any order. When CI's ad saying Pack 10, it only means Pack 5. Very sad."

BUMS!

"Can never get ahold of anyone anymore. Accidentally ordered the wrong wrapper on line and can't verify a correction. Now waiting for the wrong cigars to arrive. Spent thousands of dollars with these "people". Absolutely positively no customer service. All complaints here are most likely true. Anyone who has something recently good to say about them is smoking something other than their cigars."

Stay away from this company!

"As others have mentioned, there have been numerous issues with this company over the past few months. I've ordered from them for years but have never seen such a drastic drop-off in customer service. Back in February 2017 there was supposedly a warehouse software system upgrade that caused them to drop off the face of the planet yet the website continued to allow orders to be placed. At that time, I left countless customer service emails asking for the status and ultimately asking to cancel the order. I tried the phone and could never get a hold of someone or it would be busy. I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company and still had the order arrive about 8 weeks later. I refused the order and did get my money back including the upgraded shipping that I had paid for. Fast forward to May 2017 and I get an apology email and a $50 gift card for my troubles. I was naive to think that I'd give them a second chance but did it anyway as I wanted to get some sticks for Father's Day. It has been 8 days and my order still shows processing. History is definitely repeating itself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company until they get their act together and/or we can confirm whether or not they are going bankrupt. The fact that they are charging before shipping seems suspicious and likely a ponzi-like scheme to generate a final push of revenue before they throw in the towel. I feel sorry for all the Dad's that are likely getting gift cards to CI for Father's Day as they will likely never get the value back out of them."

"I sent this company an order and a check. The check was cashed, it has been four week sent I sent the order. I included my ph number and email. No status report, I have no idea if I will ever see my cigars."

Horrible service and unreliable

"Wenb site says anything ordered by 11 AM will ship same day. I have multiple orders over a week old with not even processed, and paid for next day. Feeling ripped off and never a response to the Customer Service requests. No answers on the phone ever. Was reliable and great and now feeling like they are a scam. "

"12 year customer. Order initially shipped 40 cigars short. No answer whatsoever to my emails though they acknowledged some issues in the shipping department. "

What happened to CI

"I have the same story as the last 10 people who posted here. I ordered a month ago and though they assure me my items are in stock they have not shipped. I emailed and called, to no avail. If you call their customer service line prepare to be on hold for 45 minutes and still have no one answer. If someone does answer they will assure you your items will ship "tomorrow" and tomorrow never comes. I'm not sure what has happened but something is drastically wrong with Cigars International. "

Once good service - now, no service

"Used to ship within 24-48 hours. Now, I'm not sure if they're even in business, but their website will let you commit money to them. One order over two weeks old. Another over a month with part of it back-ordered, although it didn't show up as back-ordered when I placed it. Problems started a few months back, and I thought they had their act together. Apparently not. As others have mentioned, no email response and no answer on the phone."

CI bigger than ya think

"Had the same experience as many others. Problems with the order, shipping , customer service all due to the "switch over" Did also get the video apology and $50 voucher. Now , yesterday I just placed an order for pipe tobacco from "Pipes and cigars inc" what I thought was a different company ( I thought wrong) and guess what - the order was switched from loose pipe tobacco to cigars.. When trying to contact the company, I started to see what happened .... CI bought Pipes and Cigars and is now fouling those orders. An internet search has shown me how big CI is.... If you do not want to do business with CI - be carful you are not using one of the subsidiaries .. Seems JR cigars is getting a new customer in me "

really un-happy , used to love ordering from them

"ordered cigar sampler 2 months back .
never received them .. after 4 weeks , I tried to call ,
was left on auto hold for ( no exaggeration) 14-25 minutes , 5 days in a row.
finally got a sales lady
she said it was "back-ordered"
so I agreed to cancel that order , and pay a bit more for a "white-Christmas" sampler ,
its a month,
still no cigars , no response from my emails
no phones answered

No response. Customer service number now does not work.

"Haven't received my order in over a month. Emailed them numerous times and no response. Reporting to my credit card as a fraud transaction since they charged me and never shipped my order. THIEVES!!!!"

"They have my money for the order. It's been over a week. CI won't respond to my e-mails They don't answer their phones. A person might want to stay clear. It seems like the company is folding, and doesn't want to live up to there obligations. Looks bad."
