"Purchased Gruv-X audio FM transmitter, it was defective, took a month to get an RMA, 3 months to get a response, I still haven't gotten a refund"
"I ordered three PDA Stylus pens over two weeks ago. I have E-mailed them three times and have called them only to receive a pre-recorded message asking me to use E-mail. Is this company legitimate? I am afraid I have been ripped off. I will never order anything from them again. "
"I ordered a P-Bus cable for my pioneer car stereo 2 and a half weeks ago and have not recieved it yet. They billed my credit card a week after the order and have not responded to any of my emails. They don't answer there phone either. I will never order from CircuitDeal again. They also charged an extra $5 handling fee on top of the shipping fee."
"The product selection is enormous (maybe too big?), the shipping is very cheap and very quick, customer service is not responsive though. I ordered a 400-pack of blank CD-R discs from CircuitDeal, at least the product description explicitly said "400PK." However, when I received the package only 100 discs were in the box. I Emailed customer service twice to inquire why I only received 100 discs when the product description clearly stated 400; so far I have not received an answer and it has been 3 business days. Normally, I expect some sort of response, whether it be good, bad, or indifferent, from the company within 24-48 hours. Since it is now Friday night, I highly doubt I'll get a response over the weekend since they are closed, and I don't expect to hear anything from them on Monday. Regardless of this quantity issue, the 100 discs I did receive were in perfect working condition, and even though I only received 100, the price was so cheap that I have no problem keeping the 100 and never seeing the missing 300. It would be nice if CircuitDeal Emails me and rectifies the situation, but I won't hold my breath. Will I shop from them again? Maybe, if they offer an item that I want for a phenomenally low price."
