"I ordered an external hard drive in late august, by mid September I received a call saying they didn't have the drive in stock so they would send me the same drive but with more gigs. Sounded great at the time.
I get the drive towards the end of September, about a month later but its ok, I got more gigs than I actually paid for. At least that’s what I thought. I got the drive and since I was a little supecious of the company bc I never heard of it, I did a little research on the model that they actually sent me. It was an older/expired and slower model that cost half as much as the one I ordered. So I called them up and told them the situation. The girl told her manager and he said he could take the item back and ship me the correct one or (rip me off) give me a $5 discount. I should have just cancelled everything but decided to send it back and wait for the model I ordered.
Well, it never came. I called and called them but no one ever picked up and the second number I had with them wasn't working. So, by October I called my credit card company to file a complaint. They proceeded to call the store while I was on hold but, couldn't reach them, the number was disconnected. Anyway...2 months later, late December, I finally won the complaint and got my money back and bought a hard drive from dell that was actually better and cheaper bc of rebates.
Sorry for the long complaint here, but my experience with this company was just horrible. I really don't recommend shopping with them.
Ps. Link 2 Asia is the company name that appeared on my credit card bill, the name of the website that I used was CiscoPC, which I figure is just the store name that Link 2 Asia uses.

"CiscoPC wasn’t listed here when I made my purchase. They advertised from pricewatch an NEC USB 2.0 PCI card for $11.00. Site said “retail box” so I assumed it was new – silly me – and bought 3! Order was acknowledged promptly via email. Package arrived via US Postal Service a week later. No ship conformation or tracking was sent. So far so good, not super great service, but not bad. When I opened the envelope it contained 1 opened “retail box”, very used looking USB card. I checked the invoice sent with the order and sure enough I paid $33.00 and was supposed to get 3 “retail boxed” units. I’ve emailed and received no answer.
I believe we have another one of those Walnut (Ca.) Wonders much like DV Century. Fortunately the Los Angeles County Office of Consumer Affairs has complaint forms here: http://consumer-affairs.co.la.ca.us. so I’ll be filling one out and sending it along.
I wouldn’t ordinarily buy from a low or no rated e-business but the price/product hooked me and figured the most one could be scammed for was $33.00. As it turns out I got one used, but working, USB 2.0 card. LOL! Just paid well above retail for it. I will avoid CiscoPC when shopping for parts in the future."
