"Do not deal with these morons! Unbelievable incompetence!
I called 2/3/2022 to re-open a dispute on my credit card. Spoke to a supervisor in the US. Was told "No problem. It will be re-opened in 24 hours, and you will get an email to that effect".
24 hours later, after no notification, I called back in and spoke to another Supervisor in the U.S. He said "No problem but it takes 3-5 days. Not 24 hours"
Four days later I called in again and spoke to yet another supervisor in the U.S. This time I was told you can't re-open a dispute and he apologized for receiving incorrect information from the previous two supervisors!
I have never seen a bigger collection of idiots under one roof! So now I have a $1200 charge for products that never shipped, and they said there is nothing I can do about it!
