"NOT Impressed. Pathetic Excuse for a Company. Firstly they Overcharge significant amounts on shipping. They WILL NOT use 3rd party shipper account numbers because of "Company Policy". Of the 6 orders we placed, they were ALL VERY Bad experiences. Shipping delays, excuses, lies, and Very Unprofessional. The LAST order had a few week lead time. We could live with that. We could NOT live with being lied to. We were told for several weeks that the order was on the boat from China. When we were finally fed up, we called Intellinet. They Informed me that The item was discontinued and they Had NO intentions of even manufacturing them again. Our credit card was charged to include shipping, AND THE ITEM WAS NEVER ORDERED. They will not refund the amount to Our credit card. How pathetic. They will Not return phone calls, and they will not supply the name of a supuervisor citing " They are the Supervisor ". Then when asked about the owner of the company they simply reply THEY ARE THE OWNERS. As far as we are concerned, they can choke on the $39.49 they charged us for Nothing. We have No intensions of Ever using the "IN STORE" credit.

"I bought a disfunctional Epox motherboard from Citrus Micro. It didn't boot, there was no display, the CD tray would lock up, etc. I did receive an RMA from Epox but after the "repair" the motherboard showed no sign of improvement whatsoever. I think they just repackaged it and sent it back. I wanted to get at least some money back from either Citrus Micro or Epox but
all my emails and phone calls were ignored. To be fair Paul, a customer representative from Citrus Micro, did help with getting the RMA, since, as it truned out, Epox website was left unmonitored and therefore useless. However, after the motherboard was returned, he too stopped answering my emails. This is how much Citrus Micro cares about customer satisfaction. "
