"They shipped 4 cartridges for my Xerox 6180 Phaser printer. The Magenta cartridge leaked all over my printer and damaged it. They don't respond to emails, the phone number doesn't work. I would never buy from these folks again. Seem to pass off refurbished cartridges for new."
