"Bike arrived quick and in good shape. There was a $59 extra fee for the 26" which originally I didn't notice so I guess that is on me but makes me sad about this purchase and buying from this company. I feel I got ripped for the price as I had to assemble myself AND charged an extra $59 for the difference between buying a 26" instead of a 24". Will not buy from this company again.

"The first time i reached out it took 4 days to get a response. Considering the situation we're all in I don't mind waiting 4 days to get a response as long as my question are answered completely.
I asked for an estimated ETA and was given a general response with no information specific to my request or order. That answer was provided shortly after i submitted ANOTHER request for information after not hearing back for almost a week.
Here is the bottom line because i don't want to waste anyone's time : When delays occur, COMMUNICATIONS must be made to the individuals affected. Once again, i understand that things are not easy right now but i shouldn't have to chase down your company and wait over an hour on the phone every day just to get an endless ringtone and your company voicemail. if your typical processing time is 1-3 days and i haven't received my bike or a PHONE call in 7, don't you think some sort of communication should be made to the person involved on the other side of this transaction?
I'm typically a very understanding person but cannot STAND it when a company ignores it's customers day after day."
"If you would like to order and pay for a bike but never get it this is the place for you. If you like 9 emails ignored trying to find out anything, this is the place for you. I HIGHLY recommended googling them before you buy anything. They have a history of selling stuff not in stock and just ignoring people. I will be the thorn in their side they never wanted.
And all I literally wanted was an answer to my emails. thats it."

"I ordered a bicycle from City Grounds in August of 2014. The bicycle I received wasa the wrong model. However, there response was great and with one phone call to their customer service I had a replacement in no time.
The shipping is free for some items which is a nice perk. The bicycle costs are some of the lowest cmpared ot other online retailers.
Overall, an easy to navifgate website, solid customer service, and great products. "
