"Simply bad quality phonecards. Call drops middle of conversation about 75% of the time. Customer service can never find the PIN# so technical support is basically non-existance. Will never buy from them again."
"This company has a no credit policy even when they make the error. Their "customer service" department consists of a guy named Kyle who is reluctant to give his name. They used my debit card and applied it to the wrong phone account. My invoice showed my correct phone number, but "Kyle" said it was applied to another phone number, so they would not credit my account to the correct number. What a totally incompetent company and policy!! "
