"The clarisonic device is pretty awesome. The face wash gel is horrible, chemical-y and harsh. I tried to write that on their website and they CENSORED the review. That's right--they delete any reviews that aren't positive, so beware.

I'd also like to add that they have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced online. My product was lost in the mail and they said I couldn't get a refund until it was returned to them and that it was my responsibility to track it down. So even though I paid in full and the UPS tracking said "lost"--it was my job to track down a product I'd never touched. It seems criminal, doesn't it?"
