"I ordered 8 products from them, on Jan 10. I was out of USA, so when i arrived, on march, the order was still missing.

I tracked the package, and USPS had returned it to them, for no apparent reason, as that was a business address, and it is impossible nobody was there.

Anyway, the problem was they never contacted me back (cc).

When i called to ask what had happened, they told me that their system won't allow them to know to whom returns belonged to.

So i asked for a refund, and they charged me for the free shipping both ways!

To make things worst, they haven't even refunded me yet, and not only that, they can not tell me when i would get my money back.

Never buy from them. Ever.

"These guys are absolutely terrible. I bought a pair of fleece blankets on their website and I wanted to return them because they were too small for what I needed. When I looked on their website for a contact number or an address and all I could find was a e-mail address. Nor did they have any information whatsoever on an RMA (return merch. authorization).

I e-mailed them on 3 separate occasions requesting asking for specific instructions on how to return the items. Apparently they do not have an official RMA procedure, otherwise they would have clearly printed it in black & white on the invoice or their website. I waited patiently for almost 2 weeks and they ignored all 3 of my e-mails.

I finally got fed up and decided to return them in the original packaging and waited 2 weeks for a response - again nothing. I called my bank and was able to get a phone number for them. When I called the company, a young man answered the phone, who did not identify himself as a customer svc. rep or anything of that sort. He could have been the front desk receptionist for all I know. Asked me what I needed and when I explained my situation to them, he said he would have someone call me back as soon as possible.

I have now been waiting 4 days for these guys to respond and still nothing. Why am I not surprised by this? By all indications these guys are a shady bunch of people to deal with. I should have known better than to shop with these jerks given how low their rating is here, but we all learn the hard way.

Only recourse available now is to contact the BBB in New York where they do business or deal with my bank for a full refund.

"I really am dissapointed at this store, the service, the clothes/shoes, quality everything just doesn't work I made a $30 order and I didn't like the quality of the clothes they looked like cheap clothes I could have gotten at a thrift store. I returned an item and I'm still waiting for refund almost 5 months later and they keep telling me they have problems with returns. I did everything by the book, asked for a return number sent it with confirmation and I know they got it but still waiting and really dissapointed. Don't ever get fooled by the "cheap" prices because that is what you will get really cheap looking clothes."

"The jacket didn't fit and wasn't as described so I received an authorization # to send it back. They received it 20 Dec. 2005, and I still don't have a credit to Pay Pal. This store won't have my business again!!! I did order 2 canisters from them however and they were OK."

"i have a total of (4) items returned to this store since august of 2005. i have the ups proof of delivery. yet this store will not post my refunds due me! they do not post a tele number on their site so you can call. requests via email for a tele number go unanswered. emails re: my returns come back with excuses for me to wait that they are backlogged and my returns should process in a few weeks (just got that one today again!) well it's been over 4 months since they got my items back & they are required by law to post refunds within 30 days of receiving. i want my refunds! this company is horrible to work with & i feel blatantly committing fraud and stealing customer's money. shop elsewhere!!! i am probably going to have to sue to get my money back!"

"okay, if an online store doesn't have a phone number to contact, DON'T TOUCH IT WITH A POLE!! It is amazing that this store which is heavyly advertized on the internet does not have a contact phone number. You have to email them and then it take days before they answer you.

I got the product, a jacket, tried it, didn't like it and mailed it back to them the next day. Its been 3 weeks so far and they haven't refunded my money neither can I contact them. No number to call, and email answered after pestering them with email. It isn't worth the hassle. I am very suspicious of them and I will challenge their charge and refuse to pay, especially since I have returned the product to them but the claim they haven't received it. The return store is in New york and I mailed it in New York! Its been 2 weeks and they say they haven't received it! Their number is ***-***-****, I got this from my bank.
