"I ordered a duster on 12/17/2007 was sent the wrong size, and returned it. They never sent me a new jacket or a refund ! Its been a year now, and I have no hope of ever getting what i paid for! These guys are not honest!!! I also turned them into the B B B OF WASHINGTON STATE and they said they get alot of complaints about classic country comforts. There is alot of other places to buy the same things that this RIP OFF COMPANY sells. So please don't lose $175.00 like i did, You don't have to take my word for this, just check it out with the bbb of Washington state. If you look around, you will find lots of bad press about this creep!!"
"Very dissatisfied, this store promises to send out shipment within 3 business days. I have sent them 3 emails to reply why my credit card was charged and the item was not send out to me. Never got an answer.I have left 4 messages on voicemail never got an answer. Since of two days ago there mailbox is full. "
" I placed an order 9/30/07 which charges were made to my credit card promptly.... and never recieved the item. I was supposed to recieved an email with tracking info. I never heard from this company again. All emails are automated answers.No REPLIES

"This company claims to have the lowest prices on the internet. When I found a lower price from a legitimate competitor, they needed a meeting to decide to match the price. They did not respond to multiple phone and e-mail requests for an invoice or tracking number.( I had ordered this jacket on the phone). When the jacket had not arrived in the promised 5-7 days, I called them. They then told me that the item was out of stock , but they had charged my credit card anyway. I cancelled my order and they said they would issue a refund to my card. When no credit appeared, I called the card company to contest the charge. (The company did eventually issue a refund.) Classic Country Comforts later called me and accused me of fraud because I had not waited for them to act.( I sure had waited for the jacket and would still be waiting). The card company said that they were being irresponsible and rude. I think it is fraudulent to advertise that you have the lowest prices when you don't. I think it is fraudulent to sell something that you don't have in stock and never inform the buyer. I found out that the BBB rates them as unsatisfactory."
