"I bought two pistols and were having them sent to the local gun store where they have shipped before. They sent an email to me that somehow I missed. After weeks of not getting the guns and checking with the gunstore, nothing, so I searched in my old emails and found it. I immediately sent them a note saying the FFL copy they requested is on its way. Wait two more weeks, when I inquire as to whether they had shipped my two pistols and I was told that since they didn't get the FFL in time, they sold them and credited my cc. Boy was I **** off and more importantly disappointed, they made no effort after the initial note to contact me, not even before they relisted and sold my pistols. Customer service is clearly not their strong suit. "
