"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"I had placed an order online for some items that appeared to be in stock, one item was not and placed in the blackhole of back orders. I was able to locate the part I needed elsewhere and purchased it. Four months later the back ordered part arrived without warning and I was charged for it. I called in to question a second order and asked about the first back order and was told by your rep that we sometimes call and ask if you still need the part before shipping but sometimes we don't. After some discussion he act like he was doing me a FAVOR by letting me return it, gave a me a RMA number and made it clear this was a one time deal never again. No return label nothing. The shipping on the part is 10.00 UDS more than I paid for it so you win. Your website gives no indication that a back ordered item is back in stock and ready to ship no text messages in place of the many I received with things I do not need. Its a shame I like doing business with Calssic but can not continue with your company. "
