"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"usually i shop classic industries for my restorations projects( mostly old pickup trucks). they have a great selection of good repro parts at fair prices. the web site is not the most user friendly (could take a few lessons from lmc on that) but once you get on to it, you can find what you are looking for. the selection is good and the parts are usually in stock (unusual in the current market) i always get my parts within a week. it is my go to place for my old truck projects. "
