"Hi have purchased parts from all the big on line venders from good to terrible customer service but purchased item a couple of times with no problem and everything packed and shipped professionally but the last time a small piece from on of my tie rod kits was missing (4small shims) and not only did they deal with the vendor on my behalf but they went as far as shipping it right to my house in a far bigger box than they needed to (part would easily fit in an envelope) they even apologize + a credit,if that isn't customer service than I don't know what is...staff is friendly and always try there best best vendor I've ever used "

"Took almost 3 weeks to get a gasket from California to Nevada....I was losing faith in everyone concerned, I called once at 2 weeks to check status and was told by someone who seemed to care less about my situation...... wish I'd gotten her name, but regardless, I called a couple days later to see if I could speak to someone in management about the lack of concern in my issue, however......Daryll.... answered the call and was like, yeah, you should've gotten this by now..... and I was like, RIGHT??? once he realized he couldn't track the order either(FedEx).... he said, let's just get another one in the mail to you today!!!! U should have it in 2 days..... well, 2 days turned to 4 days, this winter has been exceptionally crazy this year, but i FINALLY got my 8 dollar gasket....... the car couldn't be completed without this one silly, inexpensive part.!!! I know......1st world problems, right?? Anyways Daryll was awesome and should be promoted, given a raise, a company car, keys to the city!!!! "I ordered a fuel tank that cost a fortune to ship and it was not the fuel tank that was described. No word back from customer service as of yet, and I will not be eating the $60 to ship it back. Not happy with the mislabeling or false advertisement. I don’t know which it was, because after three times of being on hold for 30 minutes, the only way I can get any help is via email and that’s not working either. "
