"The tables were an excellent buy for quality and price. It did take more than one week longer to receive the products. I had called on a Wednesday and was told they had been shipped the day before and that I needed to contact the carrier to set delivery time. I contacted the delivery company and they did not have the shipment yet as indicated to me by your Classroom Essential's Office. Long story short, I was misinformed by your office and it took at least 7 days longer than expected. I was glad I allowed extra time before they were needed for testing.

One table was damaged, not the box, but the table inside. It would not have been possible for our maintenance man to have seen this unless he had opened every box prior to signing for the delivery. I understand your policy about not signing for the shipment if it is damaged in any way, but this was not something that could be seen from the outside of the box. If you could let me know what we should do next time we need to order tables from Classroom Essentials Online. Do we make the delivery man wait until all tables are unpacked?
