"Ordered my watch on 11/24/11. They did not ship the watch until 12/7/11, and actually received another week later. This watch was a bad replica of the one I viewed in the actual Victorinox store, and you could not see the numbers which is pretty bad since its a watch. The model was Victorinox Base Camp 241464. I had to pay all the shipping costs, which turned out to be $38 total, and in the end I had no watch. This whole process wasted my time, adding a month to my search and added to the cost of buying a watch, I would not trust this dealer again. They are selling cheap knock-offs in my opinion."

"Absolutely recommended without any hesitation. I was looking for a hard to find Citizen Blue Angels Skyhawk in titanium. Not only did they have it but they shipped it right away. Great customer service. And excellent price! I will definitely buy from them again. "

"Ordered a Swiss Army chronograph immediately after cofirming with Classybrand Customer Service that it was in stock. Heard nothing. Days later, I inquired about a shipping date and was told the watch was "out of stock" and that an order that they fulfilled came in minutes before mine did, which is why they didn't have the watch.
Same old story...if the price seems too good to be true, it usually is. At least they didn't charge my Visa!

"Bought a Tissot watch from them. After examining the watch and learning it wasn't waterproof, I tried to return it (the same day it arrived). They wouldn't take it back, so I was stuck with the watch. After 6 mos, the watch quit working. I sent it back for repairs and never heard from Classybrand, or saw my watch, again."
