"Shipping was very fast! I received the correct items ordered.
However...
If I had to add an improvement to the overall customer experience, it would be the shipping box that the items came package in with. The day the boxes arrived it was pouring heavily. Two of the three boxes did get wet. Luckily I was home so I was able to get to it on time to save most of the rolls from getting wet. I could only imagine if I wasn't home.
So...I would ask for a better shipping container to protect from the elements, such as rain, snow, etc."

Website stated " you are a first time buyer so, we sent an email with a code for free shipping".
Well.......I proceeded to add the items to purchase, it instructed me to go to check out, wanted my CC info which I supplied and them "BOOM" thanks for the order. Absolutely no place to put in the "so called FREE shipping code".
I immediately emailed them to cancel my order if I can't take advantage of the free shipping.
After a couple of hours, I figured I had better call them and put a halt to the order. When I talked to their rep, they stated I could not cancel the order via email, I was supposed to call within 16 minutes. "All that is explained in our policies". ( well most reputable companies, I have never had to read the entirety of their pros and cons. Especially for a $25 item.)
When I explained to them that I had emailed immediately after placing the order, that does not matter, I was supposed to call. And besides I did not meet the $50 minimum order????? There is a new twist. As we got further into the conversation, NOW she states that item did not qualify for the free shipping. What???????
If you want to feed me a line of BS at least keep to your script.
I asked for a refund and a return shipping tag and she tells me I am responsible for return shipping.......
I have instructed my employees to never, never use Cleanitsupply no matter what kind of a deal they have because they change the story on you. Let's dangle the bait, set the hook and then tell you stories on the "deal".
Maybe that is how the East Coast works, but definitely not how we approach business in the Northwest and Midwest.
