"I ordered a Honeywell thermostat from Clean Air Systems. I bought from them because their website seemed professional although they were not the cheapest vendor. After placing order, waited and waited... it arrived two weeks later.

Had to return the thermostat because it wasn't compatible with my setup. The thermostat was still sealed and unopened but Clean Air Systems charged a 15% restocking fee.

Will never buy from them again."
