"Purchase a Refurbished Sony Laptop Online, was really good deal too good to be true, i checked same item at sony for $999 , got from these guys for $699. Called them on phone right away to confirm order and make sure the item was correctly priced with those specs, talked to a live person Eugene, confirmed order and address with them, shipped same day via fedex and i had it in 2 days, got the laptop, excited, opened the box, its NEW, like NEW NOT USED, not sure how they are able to sell this stuff at such low prices but im recommending them to all my friends, i got an amazing deal. im really surprised to be honest by this deal i got from them. no real issues, been over 5 months and still works, they do only give 90-days warranty on products with option to buy more, but id stick to 90-days, sony is a good trusted name."
"I purchased a Sony Vaio laptop in August, it arrived dead, either dead battery or faulty battery connection. They issued return. I returned , was promised a refund by Sept. 17th. Sept. 19th sent email requesting phone by 8:30 am Sept. 20th. Did not recieve phone or email. It appears they are ducking their obligation to refund my money as promised. I will never do business with Clearance Club again.

"I have purchased 2 laptops from Clearance Club and have been happy with both. The first was a reman Sony Vaio for my own use and it has worked flawlessly for about 6 months now. The second laptop I bought was last week and is a reman Dell D610 for a sales rep at my work. The battery it came with wouldnt charge and when I called their tech support they said they would contact Dell and have a new battery cross shipped to me. They said they will also send a prepaid shipping box to return the defective battery. I am a network admin and buy lots of hardware for inhouse use. I expect to buy a number of other laptops for sales reps and will most likely get them thru Clearance Club. I have recommended Clearance Club to numerous people and will continue to do so. "
"I STRONGLY advise all prospective customers to avoid buying anything from ClearanceClub.com. They are very incompetent and they are very deceptive and dishonest.
I ordered a laptop computer from them. They have a link you can click on to get “an additional discount”. This is the first lie. They send you an alleged discount coupon to your email after you register and give them your email address. The coupon is what they call a “time-limited coupon code” and arrives in your email after it’s too late to use it.
The discount was only for $10 off so I ordered the unit anyway. They give you a final price at checkout but then after you click okay, they add on additional charges WHICH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT OR ASK FOR YOUR AUTHORIZATION. They just double bill your credit card for the additional charges.
They then messed up my order by sending me the wrong computer. I went through the usual run-around with their customer support. They said I had to return the first unit before they would send out the correct unit that I ordered. They also said they would reverse the charge for the additional unauthorized overcharge they charged my credit card. This was a complete lie. They never did. They finally did get the correct unit shipped to me but it was almost 2 weeks from the time I placed the order. They never returned the money they overcharged my credit card so I will have to contact my credit card company to reverse the charge.
What’s more, Amazon.com, the original merchant that holds the storefront for ClearanceClub.com allows no way for customers to file a review of the merchant (which explains why the reviews they post look favorable).
