"My order left at doorstep"

"I needed my contact lenses to be delivered by September 20th and thought I had allowed enough time between ordering and delivery to make this viable. When the order confirmation arrived it stated delivery should be on or before September 22nd. I was concerned about this and rang the customer service number where my concerns were noted and I was given assurance that my order SHOULD arrive before the 21st. The customer service representative was very efficient, professional and pleasant. I was very pleased and surprised when the complete order arrived a few days later. "
