"My order was processed very quickly. My only qualm is that I ordered 2 packs of contacts and a contacts case, the latter was shipped separately and by fed ex (contacts were via aus post). I was always at work when they tried to deliver and they needed my signature...just to release my one contacts case! Probably more a problem with fed ex than clearly though. My products are all quality and I'm very happy with them!"
