"The only point of feedback that was disappointing was the delivery time, initially being told only part of my order was going to be filled and having to wait 1.5 weeks for the delivery when I needed it urgently. I called customer service and they investigated but said they couldn't speed up the process, however the contacts ended up arriving the next day much to my satisfaction.

Expected delivery times should be more prominent when ordering.
