"Great prices, quick delivery"

"I am happy with the product I received however a a redeem code offering a $25.00 discount off purchase price was not processed by website - I emailed advising of rejection and requested advice on how to rectify situation and have not received a response to this query to date. I am disappointed with the lack of response and as a first time user it leaves me feeling disillusioned - furthermore with the auto reply response to advise I had unprocessed items in my in cart and that a waiver of postage by entering a redeem code was on offer almost added salt to the wounded injuries....."
