In the past I have never had an issue with Clearly Contacts. I also have recommended Clearly Contacts to all of my clients who wear lenses as well, they also agree with myself that we can not get over the cost difference from the exact contact lenses from a local optometrist to Clearly Contacts lenses.

"Very happy with the service and speedy delivery, very happy and reliable. The last step in providing alternate arrangement if no one is home, wish there was an option of dropping off at the locate PO and leaving a calling card in the mail box, rather than having to opt for leaving the parcel inside/outside locked gates. etc. My place there is no secure place to leave it outside locked gates, so unless the driver climbed over the fence to put it in a secure place or I forgot to lock the gates that one time. Anyhow, very good service and reasonably priced, I will be ordering more from you."

HAven't yet recd my order hence I think this feedback request is premature !
Also, your phone staff were not knowledgeable about the contact lens products and could not explain me the difference between the various gas permeable lenses. If there is a Boston IV and a Boston VII (for e.g), surely there is a difference between the two ? They did not know and kept saying it is upto the optometrist. All the optometrist does is provide the Rx. And with so many options available on your website, I think it would be good to educate your staff and hence customers. thanks."
