"The contacts I ordered had only a picture of them on brown eyes, and was called 'violet'. It so light that it wouldn't have shown up on my light green eyes. There was no way for me to have known that from the pictures and information on the site.
I called in to get a return tag and was told that since I opened the box (not the contacts themselves, but the outer contact box) I would only get store credit for that one box, and a full refund for the other.
I would prefer more pictures of the contacts and maybe an explanation that the type I bought is for dark eyes only. "
