"Just like my first order, the glasses came within a week. The pictures on the website are good enough to shop reliably from, if you're willing to put in a bit of time perusing. But the real reason I come back here is the value. A good set of glasses is 50% or less of what I would pay in a typical eye wear shop. Why should anyone pay $400+ for glasses when you get great quality and the price can't be beat. The speedy delivery is just icing on the cake. I will definitely buy my next pair of glasses here."

"Although initially I did make a mistake in what I order, it was simple to exchange. From that point thought the customer service and clarification was complete null.

During the exchange I made sure to check if the shipping address for my replacements was going to my current address, and not the one on file that I have yet to change. When asked he clarified that it was going to my current address. Few days later I get the shipping email saying that my replacements are going to my old address. Considering I do not have any way of accessing the place I was left to call in again to make sure that this was fixed. In doing so the person on the phone while nice and polite told me there wasn't much they could do immediately and I would have to wait till they could redirect the to me. Furthermore, I was told I would be getting an email showing the correction to the address that my glasses would be getting shipped to. Thus I still am unable to see what address they are shipping to other than my old address. Since the tracking info does not disclose the specific destination of where the glasses are heading I am left to wait to see if my glasses come at all."
