"1. The ability to assess the look of glasses on my face, using the online photo upload was unsatisfactory.The image is too small to be able to actually see the fit. As a consequence the frames do not fit well.
2. The images of the frames, online, are very different from the actual frames. I had to return my first order because they were described as 'red' and the colour was bright on the website, but in reality they were a dull brown. The replacement pair in 'green' also had a poor colour relationship to the image online. They are turquoise. They also have a much shinier bridge than depicted online and so I am not satisfied and not confident that trying a third time will be any more successful."
