It came back declined each time. There was nothing wrong with my card, plenty of credit available. Finally I deleted the card information, re-entered it and then it went through. It was a bit frustrating and I was close to going somewhere else to purchase the contacts. I don't know if it was just my account, but it may be something to look into. Thanks."
