I ordered contact lenses and it took about a week before they emailed me to tell me that my lenses were discontinued and that they had cancelled my order. It's now been a week since that email and they still have not credited the amount back to my visa, and when I call visa they say that Clearly Contacts has not even made an effort to cancel it. Very unhappy right now."
