"I was very happy with the glasses (minus how they scratched very easily) but was very happy with how Clearly handled it by quickly sending me a new pair and having me ship back the old pair at their expense. Only reason why they don't get 5 stars is that the replacement pair had a scratch on the side of the frame. It's not worth the hassle of contacting support, getting another pair and sending this one back, but a 5 star review would have been earned had the new pair I had been sent been checked for scratches. Also would have been nice to have gotten the nicer hardshell case that came with the second case from the start."
