"Extremely disappointed. Ordered late June, it's now end of day July 9th and my contacts are still not here. Made the extra effort to personally contact customer serivce to ensure my order went smoothly, and also ordered priority shipping (1-2 business days), and had a customer service representative confirm that my contacts would be shipped out on the 2nd and were available, only for them to be placed on backorder with a substantial delay. A week makes a huge difference when you are expecting priority. Who knows where these things are...would not order again unless at a discounted rate. Disappointed my expectations for delivery were set so high, though the most frustrating part was being misled by the agent and then sent a generic backorder message after having reached out (you'd think the rep would follow up, and not just wash their hands of my inquiry)."

When I placed my order I was not notified of a back order, rather I received an email stating my contacts would be shipped in 1-2 business days. It was not until 2 days later that I was notified my contacts were not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. I have yet to receive notification that my contacts have been shipped. I will probably not be using clearly contacts again."
