"Order 6 boxes of contacts fast shipping but when i got the package there was only 2 boxes of contacts, kinda disappointed but called the phone number and after 15 minutes on hold the lady on the phone apologized about the missing contacts and that was it. She said nothing else to me about when i would get the missing contacts, so felt like i got ripped off. Well four days later they sent me the missing contacts, would have been nice to know about the process of getting the contacts not just being told "sorry" over the phone but in the end everything worked out. BTW i'v ordered from clearly many times before and this was the first order mistake they've made so wasn't to upset but the lady on the phone made that good feeling into a bad felling of being ripped off. So if anyone from clearly can read this please make sure to include what steps are going to happen when items are missing from order not just apologize over the phone and customer are to hope for the best and not feel like their trying to scam your company. Clearly contacts mistake not the customers. But in the end if that order mistake of missing contacts didn't happen you company would have gotta 5 stars because i loved ordering from you guys but don't love having to waste time and worry about you mistake of not sending the items i ordered and paid for. "I love Clearly Contacts USUALLY. This time they totally dropped the ball. I ordered my regular daily contacts a month before a year long volunteer trip to Micronesia and it is 8 days before I leave....no contacts have arrived.
