I only reduced the overall satisfaction to 4 stars because of the product. There wasn't anything wrong with the glasses I ordered. The only problem was that I ordered a tortoiseshell pattern frame; I know that the pattern will vary from frame to frame so it was a random selection from the warehouse. Unfortunately the frames I received look more black than tortoiseshell. They are still really nice though. "
