Wanted to also say that I have a big head so I chose to visit the Robson Brick and Mortar store and the trip was worth the effort. The sales rep {she was from Port Coquitlam but forget her name} was awesome. She took the time to find a number of pairs of glasses that would fit me. In the end I got a pair with a 56 mm wide lense {D-Squared} that look sharp and fit well.

I ordered two pairs with the full coatings package.

I promptly contacted your customer service department, and they made me confident that a replacement pair would be shipped to me free of charge, and sent me email tracking as soon as this was sent (due to arrive tomorrow).
I have already ordered a second pair of, slightly more expensive glasses, and it has only been two weeks lol!
