Was first offered to send me one of my lenses, which you know is super helpful given that each of my eyes has a different prescription. I was told I had to cancel and reorder. I was told which products they did have and begrudgingly reordered hoping I would receive my order in time for vacation at this point having four days left. I then received an email informing me that that they would have to order these new contact from the manufacturer and that would take 4 days. So I was not going to get my order in time. I then received another email the next day further delaying the time to receive my order to well over a week from now. Suffice to say I will not longer be using clearly contacts. I instead placed an order yesterday with contacts express and they have already shipped. "
