"I found the procedure of ordering contacts online very frustrating as they wanted me to sign a verification that is was in fact my credit card and then they also wanted a credit card statement sent to them !! I felt violated and when I spoke to the personnel on this, they could not guarantee that my purchase was "approved". I requested a cancel to my order and I took my $1500.00 to spend elsewhere. I will not order from here again."

"The glasses are very comfortable, but was disapointed with colour. They are black on outside and more Turtoise inside frame? Also, slightly larger than expected. I am also checking with my opthamologist to see if prescription is correct as experienced headaches for first 3 days, but my view seems better now.

"Excellent service! My order shipped out very quickly. I'm not yet certain I love my sunglasses, but Clearly makes it super easy (and free!) to return them, and I have a year to do so! I've ordered another pair and will compare to see which I like more, and return the other. The prescription in my sunglasses is exactly as it should be. "
