"My product arrived quickly after ordering (2 business days). The only thing I'm not happy with is the lack of product information for sunglasses. I ordered sunglasses but I wasn't sure what the UV protection was on them. The website doesn't have UV details listed. I had to call customer service to confirm and the rep didn't give me a definitive answer at first so I asked him to check. He put me on hold for a while and came back stating all sunglasses sold by Clearly provides 100% UV protection even though it's not stated online. I hope this is true. "

"I do not like the new look of Clearly Contacts. I thought I had accidentally travelled to a copycat website.
More importantly, since the changes to the company, shipping times have been slower. Last order, I had to call in. I went without contact lenses for three days.
This time, I planned ahead for the lag in shipping. Sure enough, it took longer than usual.
It is a decrease in the customer experience when we are used to better quality service - that is not to say that the service is by any means poor at Clearly! On the contrary, I am happy with this company, overall. However, when I am overly impressed by the quick shipping times, I will choose you over your competition. If that aspect starts to decline, then I am not as satisfied.
