"Trying to order glasses from clearly contacts has been the worst experience in online shopping for me so far. They allowed me to complete my order for a pair of sunglasses (I even received a confirmation email and everything, with the expected delivery date to be three days later) and about a week later I received an email telling me the glasses I ordered were now sold out and I would have to send them three alternate options and they would ship me one of them. I replied promptly with my next three options, already unhappy with the fact I wouldn't be receiving the glasses I really wanted, but never received a reply letting me know if they were shipping me glasses or answering my questions. I emailed again a few days later inquiring if they had received my message, to which they replied that I needed to send the information again. When I resent my email, I again received no reply and still have not received a reply two and a half weeks later. I'm very disappointed with clearly contacts and will not be ordering from them again."
