Your staff made a mistake pf sensing the order to the wrong address (your mistake) and reacted like it was nornal and gave me a 30$ credit on next purchase for the lateness. Well let me tell you that when you don't see, 1 extra week without glasses is a big problem and knowing this I eould have went in A store. I doubt a 30$ credit for such a mistake will make me come back ever again. "

"I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and unfortunately I had measured incorrectly and they were too tight so I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Christina who was absolutely fantastic. No questions asked she sent me 2 return labels which I received while I was on the phone with her then she took my order for 2 different pairs of glasses (this was on Sunday) and I received my new glasses by Wed. They fit perfectly and I've had no problems. Definitely would recommend Clearly Contacts and will order again from them.
