"I called Clearly when I noticed I had input the wrong postal code to my mailing address. I was greeted by a Vision Ambassador by the name of Laila. She delivered exceptional service from the beginning to the very end. She followed up when she said she would and made me feel as comfortable as any customer would want to be with making a purchase. She knew I was anxious as I was in a rush to receive my order for an upcoming wedding. She sensed my urgency and made sure I was updated with my order placement. With my tracking number, I obsessively checked where my package was, and was more than pleased to know it was still being processed during the Thanksgiving long weekend. Laila event emailed me on the Monday holiday to inform me the shipment was out. I was so overjoyed to receive my order at work so much sooner than I had anticipated. This was probably the best customer service I had ever received anywhere. Laila was so helpful, attentive, and most of all compassionate to my situation. "Great service! I could not get use to the progressives and I changed the lenses to just distance. No hassles and no fuss. Too bad I ended paying more because the sale for the frames was over. But that's OK. When I received my glasses in the mail, the eyeglass case that comes with the glasses were not the same brand as the glasses and the frame seemed much smaller; tighter fit than the first pair."
