I'm dissatisfied because I did not recieve any confirmation e-mail of my order. So you need improvement in the ordering system for the auto email task. Another area of improvement that is common to other on-line store is email updates for the status of the order. I undersatand the processing time of the prescription glasses is longer but that more you need to send out auto e-mail updates of the order status. Also once dispatch, a postal tracking system update is greatly appreciated by on-line customers.

But if you deliver and product/build quality is good, I can definitely recommend your on-line store to friends because of the better pricing than other on-line/local stores. "

"I was very happy with the price and selection of glasses available. The main frustration was with uploading a picture for the try glasses on mode. I had to attempt this many times, there was a lot of errors and when it did work only a handful of the glasses properly lined up with the face. It probably added about an hour to the purchasing process."
