Thank you for being so prompt in your delivery of my contacts. I think you guys are wonderful.
My only pet pev is in relation to the vounchers that you send me. they either don't work or they are for when someone spends way more than I would on contacts. I don't every buy more than one box - as my eye change every year and I don't wear them all the time. I would be lucky to use the whole packet before the next time I go in to have my eyes tested. so giving me a voucher for when I go to buy 3-4 boxes is just well, stupid. no office, its just NEVER going to happen.
The other thing is that when you email offers come through they don't work - I type in the code and it says that it doesn't recognise the offer - I find it very frustrating not to be able to use a voucher when I have been given one by a company.
IF you could look into these problems and let me know how you will resolve them that would be good.
