"I have placed several orders with Clearly Auto over the past 6 months and have been nothing but satisfied with their customer service and pricing. Every time I email them with a question, they respond promptly. I don't know what happened with the previous reviewers experience but I don't think that happens with many orders. Like I said, I've placed multiple orders with them and NEVER had a problem."

"Clearly Auto was recommended from a neighbor so I tried them when I needed two lift support arms for my Toyota Matrix hatchback. The price was good and it was fairly easy to navigate the web site, but then the troubles begain.
They shipped the order and sent an email informing me of the projected delivery date. The date came and I received the parcel with ONLY ONE lift arm instead of the two that I had ordered. There was nothing with the enclosed invoice giving me any info concerning this so I emailed Clearly Auto to ask what was happening. It was a Friday afternoon and they don't work weekends so I waited until Monday to receive a response. Bernie at C.A. responed that it was a split shipment and the other one would be delivered that Monday. On Thursday when I had still not received the lift arm and no email from C.A. I emailed them again asking what was going on. I was informed that the warehouse that they had ordered the lift arms from only had one and they didn't ship it but the other warehouse that they ordered from did ship one, which was the one I received. To make a long story short they really don't have a very good system of following up on their orders and their customer service really sucks. It has been two weeks and I am STILL WAITING for the other lift arm and they have emailed me saying it is on the way.

"GREAT company to deal with.

First of all, their website is smart enough to pull vehicle information from your google search, which is a nice time saver.

Second, the prices were inline or better than anyone else.

Third, the selection was great. I needed a CHEAP egr valve. Everyone else had them all day long for a hundred sixty bucks. They had one for seventy eight. Hey, as long as it passes emissions I'm good with it. This was nice to find.

Finally I alway consider how a company handles a problem as a huge indicator of how they're doing. My order did not get shipped the day it should have because of a warehouse mixup. I simply emailed the generic customer service address and asked what was up, and had a reply back within the hour. The customer rep explained the problem, and said they would bump my shipping up, on their dime, to next day air, so I would get my part in time.

That kind of service is very nice to find. I will definitely be back!

Since my initial review, I've ordered again, and am still happy with the service provided.
