"I purchased Ipad Mini from ClickGoAndBuy. The seller described it as a brand New and unopened, however i received used item and moreover the product was already registered with Apple 6 months ago (checked by serial number in an Apple Store) . To return it back they will charge restocking fee, like it was my fault. Not paying any penny , disputed the charge with paypal. They should send me a free return label to get back their product. Its a fraudulent company, Even the customer service was very nasty few times they hang up the phone on me while i was trying to explain what was wrong with the order. They told me that they cant deal with me and the manager will call me back, but he never did, so therefore i filed a claim. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE OR RAKUTEN. "

No warranty card or CD included and packaged in a white box which they say was stated. They say it came from a kit. No problem with customer service but why should I have to pay for shipping? "

When i contacted buy.com i was asked to contact clickgoandbuy as they were shipped by them, when i contacted clickgoandbuy i had a very bad experience with rude customer service representatives and everytime i call they pretend as if that is the first time they hear it.
