"I would actually have scored them a negative 5 stars if it were possible. I have made many online purchases from both large and small merchants and have never had such a horrible experience.
I placed a $500 + order and received an email confirmation that said the items are pending. I have not received any further communication in more than two weeks. I called and left 4 messages over 6 days (because you will never reach a person when calling their number). I e-mailed them 4-6 times including two emails directly to the CEO, Allen Miller. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
I had no choice but to cancel the order as my remodeling project needs to begin. I can't wait any longer without having any idea IF or when I might get the items.
The message on their website LIMITED TIME: SAVE AN ADDITIONAL 20% OFF YOUR CART AT CHECKOUT seems to always show on the website and that is a powerful incentive to want to make a purchase. Don't be seduced by this . The problem is they don't deliver on their promise to provide good customer service. If the office is/was closed for a week during summer vacation one would expect that their answering system message would reflect that. Every statement on their website is a big fat lie in my opinion (based on the harsh reality of the experience with my order) .

** Update 8/21/18 - This company may be out of business as their website cannot be reached. I would still be wary if they reappear or start a new business under a different name. If the advertising or promises appear the same or similar or if you see the name Allen Miller associated with the business then steer clear. PayPal refunded my purchase as they never responded to the formal dispute PayPal sent them!!!
*** Update 9/4/18 - Their website is up & running after being down for about 2 weeks. Please steer clear of this merchant. All I have written is the truth. They still have not gotten in touch with me. Strangely, my order status today still says pending even after I notified them to cancel the order and PayPal notified them of the dispute and ultimately refunded my money."

After the shipping date passed called them, was told the faucet will be shipped on Friday.
Called on Friday to confirm, was told oh-yeah, it is being shipped today, lemme email your the tracking number.
No email, no tracking number.
Called on Monday, was told sorry, faucet will ship on Wednesday or Thursday.
Called on Thursday, same story, faucet will ship next week. Insisted on escalating -- they cancelled my order.
2 weeks, 4 phone calls, nothing to show for it.
The best part: the faucet is still listed on clickshopnrun.com with 2 business day shipping estimate."

She took my information, went to the order/shipping area, and called me right back. She went above and beyond the call of customer service and confirmed that the correct size would be shipped.

"I ordered a fairly pricey medicine cabinet from them through Amazon. After the 7 day delivery window passed, I contacted them to figure out where my order was. They then told me it would arrive in about 2 weeks (just about a month after I placed the order!). I was told the item was custom ordered (not true) and it'd be shipped next day air because of the delay, but instead it was shipped ground.
