"My experience started when webestreams switched to cool deals. Constantly freezing. Now the issues is multiple channels have been out for 3 weeks now. Their response is the same, our techs have been notified and we have no timetable on when they'll be fixed. It has been 3 weeks. Chatting is useless. One chatter told me I didn't have to buy it. That is pathetic. Emails go unanswered. Needs to to be switched back to webestreams. They took care of all issues in a matter of days. These people don't give a damn. Will no renue. Can't watch the channels I like to watch because they're either out or were taken away. "

"Never delivered item. It took four emails before I got a response. Response included a bogus tracking number. Next email included a promise of a claim and replacement. That was a couple of weeks ago...still nothing. RUN don't walk away from this vendor!!!
Note: Consider this review to be of TWO instances. On the same date, I placed TWO orders with this company and have had the SAME experience on both orders. Ironically, I had used them last year without any problems. What a difference a year makes...I'll NEVER order from them again."
"I get real unhappy when companies don't communicate with me. Especially companies that have no ratings from customers. No ratings means it is either a new company that could be a scam or it is a company that changed their name because of bad ratings. The only reason I ordered from them is because 2 people I know ordered the same item from them and received the correct product; that's all I know about their transactions). I ordered on 1/10/2008 and got a confirming email that they received the order. No information about when it would be shipped. They didn't tell me, but they charged my credit card right away also. I never heard from them again.
I emailed them a week later (1/17) telling them I have not heard from anyone and has the item been shipped. No response.
I emailed them again on 1/19 reminding them that I had heard nothing from them for 9 days, and are they going to let me know when it is shipped. No reponse again.
On 1/21 (12 days later) I decided I had better call them. They don't have a toll-free number. I called during the hours they said they are around to answer the phone, got a recording that said if I leave a message they will call me back before the end of the day. They never called.
On 1/22 the item showed up in the mail. It was a CD for a software program. It was packaged in a bubble-type envelope along with 4.5 pieces of styrofoam peanuts. The CD is in one piece, but I haven't tried to install it yet, so I can't comment on that. I am very dissatisfied with their service. "
