"Why is it that when I bought my printer a year ago for $60, it came with ink? Now, to replace the ink, it is MORE than $60 and it is remanufactured (not even new). How is it that I am more than welcomed, even expected, to recycle my cartridge at my local store that does not pay me to recycle, but I am paying practically full price/retail price for remanufactured ink cartridges? Where is the significant cost savings? Lastly, how come when I call to make sure this is the bottom price, the customer service agent insists that it is. But as soon as I say, oh "is this clickinks.com?, How come I am seeing online an additional 25% off but you don't mention anything to me about it?" The response was, "Oh! you have entered through one of our affiliated sites, you will have to complete the purchase from there to get that price." He knew all about the sale but was secretly trying to seal the deal knowing I would be paying more through him! Not impressed. "
