"I searched for ink replacements for my Kodak printer & found your site. The price for the number of cartridges looked good, so I ordered. After I received my order, I was able to print only once & the rest of any pages were blank. After trying several times to get my printer to use the ink cartridges, I received a message that the printerhead was misaligned. I contacted Clinkinks.com for a refund & ran into a "snag" - you do not refund. I was asked to provide information on another printer ink cartridge, which I did after I bought a new printer. I sent an email to your company to let them know the new cartridge/printer need as I was informed that a special form had to be mailed to me before I could return the ink cartridges I had for the Kodak printer. To date, I have not received the form nor have I received any cartridges for my new printer. This is $36.00 I cannot afford to just throw away as I am on a limited income. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with your company & it's services. I won't be using it again. I would appreciate it if you would uphold your word & send me the form to return the ink cartridges to you. I would prefer a refund rather than more ink cartridges if that is at all possible."

"Only minor problem -- ink sometimes link out when safety cap is removed for installation. Can be messy. But once installed, cartridges work as well as those by original manufacturer."
